That's What She Said!

Marie Claire that is, and Tatiana Boncompagni  more specifically.

Tucked in the back pages of October's issue, "Portion Control" hides in plain sight with some great information regarding age and a woman's metabolism. In this article, Boncompagni breaks down what happens to a woman's body as it ages and how one's diet should then be modified accordingly. I found it incredibly straight forward and helpful, so I wanted to pass it on to my readers. I hope you find it as beneficially informative!
